knew I had to make this shawl. It is versatile as it is light weight
and packs down small, but makes a big impact when wearing.
Then I fell in love with the Malabrigo Serrano, but didn’t want an
accessory quite as large out of it, so the shawlette was born! -

A nice quick knit for a new accessory using an easy to learn Aster stitch. Pattern is worked over 12 stitches with a 7 round repeat, so it is easy to make the cowl longer, shorter, or wider-just add or subtract repeats. Gauge is not important with this garment.
